Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby to garnet hue. The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of black cherry, plum, cassis, violets, and subtle hints of cedar, earth, and spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a balanced core of dark fruit, graphite, and savoury notes. The finish is long and composed, with enough structure to reward a few years of cellaring, though it should already be drinking well and can continue to develop gracefully over the next 5 to 10 years.

Production
Sourced from vineyards in Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux, the wine reflects the clay-limestone soils and temperate climate of the Right Bank, conditions well suited to producing ripe, structured reds. Harvesting is generally carried out with care to preserve fruit purity, and vinification is aimed at maintaining freshness, concentration, and the natural balance of the vintage.
