Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in the glass, this vintage shows the poised, slightly brooding profile expected from Pauillac. The nose leans toward blackcurrant, ripe plum, cedar, graphite, and a touch of tobacco, with subtle hints of spice and well-integrated oak framing the fruit. On the palate, Cabernet Sauvignon brings backbone and dark-fruited intensity, Cabernet Franc adds lift and aromatic detail, while Merlot smooths the texture and rounds out the finish. The wine is structured but already approachable, with firm yet polished tannins, fresh balance, and the kind of staying power that suggests it can continue to develop over the next several years.

Made in Bordeaux’s left bank appellation of Pauillac, this wine benefits from gravelly soils that naturally encourage drainage and help Cabernet-driven blends achieve ripeness and precision. The grapes are harvested from carefully selected parcels and vinified to preserve purity of fruit, structure, and the distinct mineral edge that defines the commune.

Ideal with roast lamb, entrecôte, beef tenderloin, game, duck breast, or mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking now, especially to let the wine fully open and soften in the glass.
