Tasting Notes

Chateau Favori is situated in the heart of Provence, where the Mediterranean climate and varied soils provide ideal conditions for premium rosé production. The estate works in close harmony with nature, keeping pesticide use to an absolute minimum and carrying out vineyard work and harvesting by hand whenever possible. Strict vineyard selection and careful fruit control help ensure only the best grapes are used. This organic rosé is made from top-quality Grenache, Syrah and Rolle fruit, chosen from the estate’s best parcels. The result is a wine with balance, purity and a clear sense of place, shaped by both meticulous viticulture and a thoughtful winemaking approach.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for Provençal cuisine, fresh salads, grilled prawns, Mediterranean vegetables, sushi, light poultry dishes and simply prepared seafood. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not necessary; opening shortly before serving is enough.
