Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with excellent intensity. The nose is layered and graceful, offering ripe red cherry and raspberry, lifted by violet, cedar, and a subtle graphite edge that adds classic Bordeaux complexity. The palate is silky and precise, with fine-grained tannins and fresh, balancing acidity. Rich red fruit, refined spice, and savoury nuances unfold into a long finish marked by moka, liquorice, and a distinct mineral thread. Enjoyable now for its energy and charm, it has the structure and depth to develop beautifully over the next 10 to 20 years.

Serve this wine at around 16–18°C. It pairs wonderfully with roast lamb, duck breast, beef fillet, game birds, or mushroom-based dishes, as well as aged hard cheeses. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if opening young, especially to allow the aromatics and texture to fully раскрыться.
