Tasting Notes
In the glass, the 2022 vintage shows deep color and impressive concentration. The nose opens with dark berries, cedar, graphite, and a subtle touch of warm spice, offering the unmistakable signature of Pauillac. On the palate, it is full-bodied and finely balanced, with ripe tannins, vivid freshness, and a layered, precise finish. Made from 78% Cabernet Sauvignon and 22% Merlot, the 2022 vintage reflects a warm, dry growing season that demanded careful vineyard work and precise winemaking. The result is a wine of excellent concentration, balance, and freshness, shaped by Pauillac’s gravelly terroir, which is ideally suited to Cabernet Sauvignon and contributes to the wine’s linearity and elegance.

This is a natural partner for roast lamb, beef fillet, entrecôte, game, or duck with earthy sauces, as well as mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for one to two hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open and show its full aromatic detail.
