Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate pale pink hue that immediately signals its refined, Provençal style. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and soft white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, silky, and well balanced, with lively freshness, a subtle mineral edge, and a clean, refreshing finish. The wine is made to be enjoyed young and at its most vibrant in its early years, when its crisp fruit and delicate aromatics are at their best.

Production
The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards around La Motte in the inland hills of the Côte d’Azur, where Provence’s warm days and cool nights help preserve freshness and aromatic lift. Fruit is harvested in the early morning and undergoes rigorous selection, including optical sorting and manual sorting, to ensure only the finest grapes are used. A proportion of the juice is obtained through the saignée method, with short skin contact to achieve Whispering Angel’s signature pale color and delicate style. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve purity, precision, and freshness.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, ideally without decanting. This rosé is a natural match for shellfish, grilled prawns, sushi, Niçoise salad, Provençal vegetable dishes, light pasta, and fresh goat cheese, and it also works beautifully as an aperitif.
