Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate pale pink color that immediately signals its classic Provence style. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, citrus, and soft white flowers. On the palate, it is dry, silky, and beautifully balanced, with fine mineral tension and a crisp, refreshing finish. The wine is made for immediate enjoyment, though its precision and structure also give it the poise to shine over the next 1–2 years.

Production
The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards around La Motte in the heart of Provence, where warm Mediterranean conditions are balanced by the influence of the nearby hills and cooling evening air. Harvesting is done in the early morning to preserve freshness, and the fruit undergoes rigorous optical and manual sorting before vinification. A portion of the juice is obtained by the saignée method, then blended with gently pressed juice to create a pale, elegant rosé with only brief skin contact. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to protect the wine’s aromatic purity and crisp expression.

Whispering Angel is a superb partner for Mediterranean dishes, grilled seafood, fresh salads, sushi, roasted poultry, and Provençal cuisine. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant—just open and enjoy while it is crisp and vibrant.
