Tasting Notes
The wine shows a delicate, bright salmon hue with a clear rim, immediately signaling its refined Provence character. On the nose, it opens with fresh rose petals, soft cherry, raspberry, lily, and dried violet, creating a fragrant and inviting bouquet. On the palate, Whispering Angel is fuller and creamier than many rosés, with a silky, mouth-coating viscosity that feels almost more like a rich white wine in texture. Flavors of red berries and fresh forest fruit carry through the finish, which is long, vibrant, and persistent. While beautifully approachable now, it also has enough balance and depth to enjoy over the next couple of years.

Production
The grapes are sourced from selected vineyards around La Motte in Provence, with only the best fruit making it into Whispering Angel. Harvesting takes place in the cool morning hours to preserve freshness, and the selection process is strict, using both optical sorting and manual triage to ensure high quality. Vinification combines free-run juice obtained through the saignée method with lightly pressed juice, limiting skin contact and preserving the wine’s pale color and delicate profile. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain precision, purity, and aromatic freshness.

Food & Serving
This rosé pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled prawns, salmon, light salads, Mediterranean dishes, sushi, and creamy goat cheese. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C for the best expression of its freshness and texture. Decanting is not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass will help the aromas open beautifully.
