Production
The wine comes from gravelly, limestone-rich soils in Haut-Médoc, a terroir known for producing structured, age-worthy wines with classic Médoc finesse. The fruit is carefully selected to reflect the estate’s best expression of the vintage, and the blend is crafted to bring together Merlot’s generosity, Cabernet Sauvignon’s backbone, and Petit Verdot’s depth and perfume. Vinification takes place with aging in both cement tanks and oak barrels to preserve freshness while adding texture, balance, and complexity. The use of a substantial amount of Petit Verdot contributes extra color, aromatics, and a distinctive layer of character.

This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, grilled entrecôte, duck breast, beef tenderloin, or slow-braised dishes with herbs and mushrooms. It also works well with aged cheeses and richly flavored game dishes. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for about 1–2 hours if enjoying it young.
