Production
The grapes come from old vines on the famous galet-strewn terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where the heat-retaining pebbles and varied soils help produce concentrated, perfectly ripe fruit. Harvesting is done carefully by hand, with strict selection to ensure only the best parcels are used for this prestige cuvée. Vinification follows a traditional approach, with whole-cluster fermentation and aging in large oak foudres to preserve purity, structure, and the distinctive character of the vintage.
