Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with aromas of citrus zest, white stone fruit, toasted brioche, and subtle hazelnut, layered with notes of dried flowers and a delicate mineral edge. The palate is vibrant and concentrated, showing great freshness alongside creamy texture, saline tension, and a long, refined finish that suggests excellent development potential over the next several years.

Production
This cuvée is drawn exclusively from the House’s reserve wine library, reflecting Champagne’s cool climate and chalk-rich soils through a blend focused on purity, structure, and complexity. Produced with meticulous selection and a very low dosage, the wine is designed to emphasize the character of the reserve wines and the signature Veuve Clicquot balance between richness and brightness.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at 8–10°C. It pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, seafood tartare, roast chicken, aged Comté, or truffle-based dishes, where its freshness and depth can shine; decanting is generally not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass will help the wine open further.
