Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with lively, refined bubbles. The nose is generous and complex, unfolding with aromas of freshly baked sourdough, buttery brioche buns, toasted hazelnuts, fresh spring flowers, candied lemon, cream caramel, and ripe yellow apples. On the palate, it is full-flavoured and nuanced, with a vivid, mouthwatering acidity running through the wine from start to finish. The oak ageing brings extra richness and complexity without overpowering the freshness, creating a Champagne with impressive length and balance. This is a wine that can be enjoyed now for its energy and detail, while still having the structure to develop further complexity over time.

Production
Made entirely from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown in Grand Cru villages of Champagne, this cuvée highlights top-quality fruit from some of the region’s most prized terroirs. The grapes are vinified with careful attention to preserve freshness and finesse, then matured in oak barrels to build texture, aromatic depth, and complexity.

Food & Serving
Ideal with fine seafood, lobster, scallops, roast poultry, creamy mushroom dishes, or aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its layered aromas open beautifully.
