Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, it shows a bright, crystalline appearance that hints at its freshness. The nose is typically elegant and focused, with aromas of citrus, green apple, white flowers, and a pronounced chalky minerality. On the palate, expect a crisp, lively structure with racy acidity, pure orchard fruit, and a saline, flinty edge that gives the wine its signature tension and length. While already enjoyable young for its energy and clarity, it has the balance to develop further in bottle over the next few years.

Produced in Chablis, where Kimmeridgian limestone soils lend the wines their famous mineral profile, this wine reflects the cool climate and precise terroir of northern Burgundy. The grapes are generally harvested with care to preserve freshness and aromatic purity, then vinified to emphasize clean fruit, tension, and terroir expression rather than overt oak influence.
