Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass, this Chardonnay opens with a graceful bouquet of floral notes, white peach, ripe pear, and a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is vibrant and finely balanced, with citrus-driven freshness lifted by subtle layers of nuts, gentle spice, and a soft buttery texture that adds charm without heaviness. The finish is refined and persistent, leaving a clean impression of orchard fruit and mineral-driven freshness. While already appealing now, the wine has the structure and poise to develop additional complexity with a few years of careful cellaring.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled halibut, lobster, creamy pasta dishes, and vegetable-based risottos. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and consider brief decanting if you want the aromatics to open up further in the glass.
