Ceritas Cuvée 'Chloe' Pinot Noir 2021 is a beautifully poised California Pinot Noir that combines bright red-fruit purity with subtle earthy complexity. Known for its refined balance, silky texture, and restrained oak influence, it reflects the thoughtful, site-driven style that has made Ceritas one of California’s most respected producers of elegant cool-climate wines.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-red color. The nose opens with inviting aromas of fresh red berries such as raspberry, cherry, and blackcurrant, layered with earthy nuances and delicate hints of vanilla and clove. The palate is soft and graceful, with expressive fruit framed by vibrant, balanced acidity. Flavors of red berries are joined by darker notes of plum and wild strawberry, leading into a long, elegant finish with fine tannins and very subtle oak from barrel aging. It already offers plenty of charm, but should also age gracefully over the next few years.
