Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby-purple color. The nose is layered with dark plum, blackberry, violet, spice, and a subtle hint of cocoa and oak. On the palate, it is concentrated yet refined, with ripe black fruit, balanced acidity, supple tannins, and a long, elegant finish. This is a wine with excellent aging potential. While already expressive in its youth, it will reward cellaring over the next 8–12 years, developing greater complexity and softness with time.

Production
Made from carefully selected Malbec grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza, where intense sunlight and cool mountain nights help preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The winery focuses on low yields and precise vineyard work to achieve concentration and balance. Vinification is carried out with careful temperature control and maturation in oak to add texture and complexity without overpowering the fruit.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled ribeye, slow-braised lamb, beef tenderloin, or rich mushroom dishes. It also pairs beautifully with aged cheeses and hearty Argentine fare. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes to allow the aromas and structure to open fully.
