Production
The grapes for this Piemonte Rosato were harvested early to preserve acidity and avoid excessive colour or aromatic intensity. After direct pressing, one third of the must fermented in small oak barrels of just over 200 litres, while the remaining two thirds fermented in stainless steel, creating a balance between freshness and subtle texture. In one lot, fermentation stopped early, leaving around 5 g/l of residual sugar, which acts like a natural dosage and softly frames the wine’s lively fruit.

This rosato is a versatile partner for summer dishes, especially grilled seafood, antipasti, tomato-based salads, light pasta, and charcuterie. It also works beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine and casual dishes enjoyed outdoors. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant.
