Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue that immediately hints at its richness and character. The bouquet opens with crisp apple, ripe pineapple, almond, and delicate floral notes, creating an inviting and elegant aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasing structure that gives it more depth than a typical easy-drinking white. It combines bright fruit with a subtle nutty edge and a clean, lively finish. While already enjoyable now, it should hold its appeal well over the next few years.

Made from 50% Vermentino and 50% Grechetto, this Toscana IGT white comes from Casanova di Neri’s vineyards in the Montalcino area, where the estate’s commitment to terroir-driven winemaking is central to its identity. The blend is chosen to balance aromatic freshness with texture and structure, resulting in a wine that feels both precise and expressive.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with fish dishes such as carpaccio, as well as light cured meats and fresh charcuterie. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its freshness and aromatics. Decanting is not necessary, but a short period in the glass can help open up its floral and fruit notes.

Casanova di Neri was founded in 1971 by Giovanni Neri, who recognized the extraordinary potential of the Montalcino terroir and set out to craft wines of place and character. In 1991, the estate was passed to his son Giacomo Neri, under whose leadership it has continued to gain recognition as one of the region’s leading wineries, known for its vineyard-specific approach and quality focus.
