The estate is in the process of converting to organic production, and both its organic and conventional wines are made to reflect the best of the region. This Pecorino is crafted to preserve the grape’s natural aromatic character and lively acidity.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs well with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, and fresh salads, as well as creamy cheeses and vegetable-based starters. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas open up.
