Tasting Notes
In the glass, Primaronda shows a bright, inviting rosé hue with a lively, youthful appearance. The nose is fruity and expressive, with aromas that lean toward exotic fruit and a fresh, Mediterranean feel. On the palate, it is fuller than many classic rosés, with a round, satisfying texture and plenty of flavor. Notes of ripe fruit carry through to a soft, balanced finish, making it easy to enjoy on its own or throughout a meal. It is best enjoyed young for maximum freshness.

Production
The wine comes from vineyards in northern Puglia, at the foot of Castel del Monte, in the Torre del Vento area of Alta Murgia National Park. The region’s terroir is well suited to viticulture, and Torrevento works according to sustainable farming principles, with an emphasis on supporting and enhancing local grape varieties. Harvest typically takes place from late September to early October, followed by gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, four months in steel, and then bottling.

Food & Serving
Primaronda is an excellent all-round food wine, especially well suited to soups, white meats, and cheeses. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to keep its freshness and fruit profile at the forefront. Decanting is not necessary.
