Pale rosé in the glass with a lively, persistent mousse, it opens with delicate aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and citrus peel, lifted by subtle bread dough and mineral notes from time on the lees. On the palate it is crisp and precise, with bright red berry fruit, clean acidity, and a dry, saline finish that gives the wine real tension and energy. The style is elegant rather than weighty, making it immediately appealing but also capable of gaining added complexity with a few years in bottle.
