Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with lively bubbles and a delicate, persistent mousse. The nose opens with fresh orchard fruit, citrus zest and subtle floral notes, followed by hints of white peach and a light toasty nuance. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with a dry, mineral-driven structure and creamy texture from the fine mousse. The Merlot adds gentle red-fruit softness while Sémillon brings freshness and subtle roundness. The finish is clean, precise and refreshing, making it best enjoyed young for its vibrant character, though it will hold well over the next 2–3 years.

Produced in Bordeaux, where the moderate maritime climate helps preserve freshness and aromatic clarity, this Crémant is crafted from Merlot and Sémillon grapes selected for their balance and finesse. The wine is made using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle to create its fine bubbles and elegant texture, and the Extra Brut dosage keeps the style taut and dry.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, but also a great match for oysters, shellfish, sushi, fried seafood or light white-meat dishes. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not necessary.
