Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, pale straw color with a lively, fine mousse. The nose is immediately appealing, with lifted aromas of peach, apricot, orange blossom, white flowers, and a hint of sage and honey. On the palate, it is delicately sweet and fresh, with soft bubbles that keep the wine light and elegant rather than heavy. Juicy stone fruit and citrus notes are balanced by crisp acidity, giving it a clean, fragrant finish. Best enjoyed young for maximum aromatic intensity, though it is made to be savored in its youth rather than cellared for long aging.

Production
Produced in Piedmont’s Canelli zone, one of the most prized areas for Moscato, the wine benefits from hillside vineyards and well-exposed sites that help preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Moscato grapes are typically harvested early to retain natural acidity and intense fragrance, then vinified carefully to preserve their varietal character and gentle effervescence.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and perfume. It pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, pastries, almond cakes, panna cotta, and lightly sweet fare, but it is also excellent with blue cheese or enjoyed on its own as a refined aperitif-style dessert wine. Decanting is not recommended; this wine is best opened and served fresh.
