Tasting Notes
Delicate pink in the glass with a luminous, polished sheen and a persistent stream of fine bubbles. The nose is expressive yet composed, opening with red berries, wild strawberry, pomegranate, and subtle floral tones, followed by hints of citrus zest, brioche, and almond from extended lees aging. On the palate it is crisp, creamy, and well sculpted, with vibrant acidity balancing the ripe fruit character. The texture is silky, the finish long and clean, and the overall impression is one of harmony and finesse. While enjoyable now for its freshness and precision, it also has the structure to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
Produced in Franciacorta, in Lombardy, where glacial soils and a cool climate help preserve freshness and aromatic definition. Ca’ del Bosco is known for meticulous vineyard selection and rigorous harvesting by hand, ensuring only the best grapes enter the cellar. The wine is crafted using traditional method vinification with careful blending and extended aging on the lees, which contributes depth, complexity, and its signature creamy mousse.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for raw or lightly cured seafood, salmon carpaccio, sushi, risotto with shellfish, and elegant antipasti. It also works beautifully with delicate poultry dishes and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open just before serving to preserve its freshness and effervescence.
