Production
Curtefranca Bianco is sourced from Ca’ del Bosco’s Chardonnay vineyards in the gently rolling, sun-exposed hills of Franciacorta in Lombardy, an area characterized by morainic soils rich in minerals and good drainage. Grapes are carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, then sorted to ensure only the healthiest, most concentrated fruit is used. Ca’ del Bosco is renowned for its meticulous grape-washing and gentle pressing techniques, preserving purity and aromatic intensity. Fermentation typically takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel and French oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees, with bâtonnage (lees stirring) used to build texture, complexity, and depth before blending and bottling.

This Curtefranca Chardonnay pairs beautifully with refined seafood dishes such as grilled turbot, seared scallops, butter-poached lobster, and creamy seafood risottos.
