Production
Bruni Collin’s Gin is produced at Destilerías Joaquín Alonso in Spain, a family-run distillery established in 1944 by Joaquín Alonso Ramal. The house began with anisette, gin, and solera-aged brandy before expanding its range under the second generation to include fruit liqueurs and non-alcoholic drinks. Today, the third generation oversees production, and the gin is distilled on equipment that has been used exclusively for gin since 1978, underscoring a focused and traditional production style.
Food & Serving
Serve Bruni Collin’s Gin chilled or over ice, or use it as the base for a classic gin and tonic with a premium tonic and a citrus garnish. It also works well in refreshing cocktails and pairs nicely with tapas, olives, seafood, and lightly spiced dishes. No decanting is needed.
Producer
Destilerías Joaquín Alonso was founded in 1944 and has remained a family business through three generations. Built on a foundation of traditional Spanish distilling, the producer first made anisette, gin, and solera-aged brandy, later broadening its portfolio over time. Its long-standing expertise and dedicated gin production equipment give the house a notable place among Spanish spirit producers.
