Brovia Roero Arneis 2021 Magnum is a precise, fresh, and elegant expression of Arneis from the Roero DOCG in Piemonte. This is a special En Primeur release for Era Ora Wine in the 2021 vintage.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear straw-yellow colour with light golden reflections. The nose is fresh and layered, offering pear, green apple, citrus, white flowers, chamomile, and a subtle mineral nuance. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with lively acidity, excellent balance, and an elegant, rounded texture. The finish is long and fresh, with notes of almond, citrus zest, and a touch of spice. It is enjoyable now for its brightness and precision, while the magnum format also supports further development over the next few years.

Production
The vines are grown in the Roero area, where sandy and calcareous soils help shape the wine’s aromatic clarity, fine structure, and distinct mineral character. The 2021 vintage was marked by moderate temperatures and slow ripening, resulting in wines with clean fruit, good structure, and vibrant acidity. Brovia vinifies the wine to preserve the grape’s natural expression, with temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and a short period of ageing before bottling.

This is a versatile white wine that pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light risottos, grilled fish, fresh pasta, and vegetable-based dishes. It also works well with mild cheeses and antipasti. Serve at 9–11 °C, and decanting is not necessary.
