Food & Serving
Serve chilled or over ice, ideally at around 8-10°C, to let the smoke and botanicals open gradually. It works beautifully in a dry Martini, a Gin & Tonic with a neutral or lightly citrus-forward tonic, or alongside smoked fish, grilled vegetables, cured meats, and aged cheeses. Decanting is not necessary.
