Sourced from select California vineyards, Bogle’s Blanc de Blancs Sparkling showcases fruit grown in a sunny yet cooling-influenced climate, ideal for preserving acidity and freshness in white grapes. Grapes are harvested relatively early to capture vibrant acidity and purity of flavor, then gently pressed to obtain only the most delicate juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to retain aromatic intensity, followed by a secondary fermentation to create the natural sparkle. Time on the lees helps build a soft, creamy texture and subtle pastry notes, while the dosage is kept in balance to highlight the wine’s crisp, fruit-driven profile.

This sparkling wine is a versatile partner at the table, pairing beautifully with fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail, sushi, and crudo, as well as lighter dishes like goat cheese salads, grilled white fish, or lemon roast chicken.
