Sourced from high-altitude vineyards and crafted with patience, it combines concentration, elegance, and impressive complexity in a magnum format that promises excellent evolution over time.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with plenty of intensity and youthful brightness. The nose is layered and expressive, offering ripe black fruits, dried flowers, cedar, leather, and toasted spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and beautifully structured, with silky tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. The oak is well integrated, adding depth without overpowering the fruit, and the wine has the concentration and balance to age gracefully for many years.

Production
Made from 100% Tempranillo sourced from high-altitude vineyards in Ribera del Duero, where old vines grow in challenging conditions that naturally limit yields and intensify flavor. The grapes are carefully selected and undergo slow fermentation before the wine is aged for 30 months in a combination of oak barrels from different origins, followed by at least 18 months of bottle maturation to bring harmony and polish to the final wine.

Food & Serving
This Reserva is an excellent match for roasted lamb, grilled beef, game, braised short ribs, and mature hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and decanting for about 1–2 hours is recommended to let the aromatics open and the texture soften, especially when enjoying it from magnum.
