In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections, hinting at its youthful, fresh profile. The nose is delicately aromatic, with notes of citrus, green apple, pear, white flowers, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is light to medium-bodied with lively acidity, crisp fruit, and a clean, focused structure. The finish is fresh and precise, leaving citrus zest and a lightly stony mineral impression. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant energy, though it can also gain a little extra roundness with short bottle ageing.

Production
The vineyards lie in the rolling hills of Umbria, where limestone and clay soils provide good drainage and help retain enough moisture for balanced ripening. Cool nights in the vineyard contribute to the wine’s natural acidity and aromatic purity. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged entirely in stainless steel before bottling to keep the Trebbiano fruit expression pure and unmasked.

This is a versatile food wine, ideal with seafood, grilled fish, light pasta dishes, risotto, salads, and fresh cheeses. It is best served well chilled at 8–10 °C, and there is no need to decant it—simply open and enjoy its freshness and clarity.
