Production
Sourced from family-owned vineyards around Kaysersberg in Alsace, the Pinot Noir benefits from the region’s cool, dry climate and well-drained, mineral-rich hillside soils, which help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The grapes are harvested with careful selection to retain healthy, ripe fruit, then gently pressed to extract the delicate pink hue and pure red fruit character. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the wine’s crispness, clarity, and primary fruit aromas, with no influence of oak so that the natural expression of Pinot Noir and Alsatian terroir can shine.

This semi-dry rosé is a versatile partner at the table, ideal as an aperitif or served alongside summer barbecue dishes, grilled white meats such as chicken or turkey, and fresh salads with berries, goat cheese, or light vinaigrettes. The Haas estate is a traditional family domaine rooted in Kaysersberg, in the heart of Alsace, where the family has cultivated vines for generations. Today, Nathalie and Marc Haas are joined by the next generation, Elsa and Dylan, who work together on the family’s 10 hectares of vineyards in and around the village. Their holdings include parcels in the esteemed Grand Cru Schlossberg, one of Alsace’s most famous and historic sites, underscoring the quality potential of the estate.
