Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a bright, crystalline color and a refined sense of freshness. The nose is lifted and nuanced, with mineral tones, white flowers, citrus, and subtle oak influence woven together with impressive finesse. On the palate, it is concentrated yet remarkably precise, with ripe Chardonnay fruit balanced by vivid acidity and a long, persistent, mineral-driven finish. The wine has the structure and balance to develop beautifully over the next few years, though it is already expressive and very enjoyable now.

Ideal with lightly baked fish, creamy white sauces, shellfish, roast chicken, or dishes with new potatoes and fresh herbs. Serve at around 14°C in large Burgundy glasses to allow the wine to open fully; decanting is not essential, but a little air can help reveal its full complexity.
