Production
The grapes come from a single 5.45-hectare historic vineyard on Monte Orfano, where old olive trees, oak woods, and the centuries-old convent create a truly singular terroir. Historical zoning and careful soil analysis confirmed the area’s long-standing suitability for viticulture, and the vineyard is divided by a fig tree into two distinct but complementary parcels with different soils, both planted to Chardonnay. Bellavista’s approach is guided by close observation of the land, aiming to translate the character of this quiet, ancient site into a pure and elegant white wine.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with delicate seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, risotto, roasted poultry, and refined vegetable dishes. Serve chilled at 10–12°C; decanting is not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass will help the wine open up.
