Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, light risottos, tempura, and delicate white meats. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C to preserve its freshness and fine mousse; decanting is not recommended for sparkling wine.
