Made from a thoughtful blend of Grechetto, Pinot Bianco, Procanico, and Viognier, it reflects the refined approach that has made Castello della Sala one of central Italy’s most respected white-wine estates.

Tasting Notes
The wine shows a clear, bright appearance that hints at its lively character. On the nose, it is clean and floral, with pronounced citrus aromas and a subtle nutty nuance that adds depth without heaviness. The palate is refined and well-balanced, combining floral tones with fresh citrus fruit and a gentle touch of nuttiness. It finishes long and elegant, with enough structure and freshness to suggest it will hold its charm well over the short to medium term.

Production
Produced in Umbria, this cuvée is crafted to preserve the natural freshness and vibrancy of the grapes. After manual harvesting, the fruit was quickly delivered to the winery, gently pressed to protect the aromatic qualities, and fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. A short maturation in stainless steel followed, keeping the wine pure, bright, and unoaked in style.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for summer salads, seafood, shellfish, and other delicate dishes where freshness matters. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
