Angélus is located on the limestone and clay slopes of Saint-Émilion, where the terroir provides excellent drainage, freshness, and the mineral backbone that defines the estate’s style. The vineyard benefits from carefully managed parcels and selective harvesting to ensure only fully ripened fruit is used. Vinification is carried out with great precision to preserve concentration and elegance, typically involving parcel-by-parcel fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels to enhance texture and complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

Food & Serving
Angélus 2010 pairs beautifully with fine cuts of beef, lamb, game, duck, and dishes featuring mushrooms or truffle. It also works well with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for 1–2 hours, especially if drinking now, to allow the wine to fully open.
