Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright ruby-red color with youthful clarity. The nose is expressive and refined, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, wild berries, rose petal, and subtle hints of spice, earth, and dried herbs. On the palate, expect a medium-bodied wine with vibrant acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a clean, precise finish. The fruit is lifted and elegant rather than heavy, giving the wine excellent drinkability now while still offering the structure to develop additional complexity over the next few years.

Production
Prachiosso comes from the Roero area in Piedmont, a landscape of sandy soils and rolling hills that tend to give Nebbiolo a more perfumed, supple profile than some of its neighboring expressions. The grapes are carefully harvested and vinified to preserve freshness, aromatics, and the grape’s natural structure, with a focus on balance and varietal purity.

Food & Serving
This Nebbiolo is an excellent partner for roasted poultry, veal, mushroom dishes, truffle risotto, and braised meats, as well as aged cheeses. Serve it slightly cool, around 16–18°C, and consider a short decant if drinking it young to help the aromas open up.
