Tasting Notes
Pale salmon-pink in the glass, it shows a fine, persistent mousse and a graceful, polished appearance. The nose is lifted and delicate, with notes of red berries, wild strawberries, rose petal, citrus zest, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with bright acidity, a dry Extra Brut profile, and flavors of raspberry, cranberry, and pomegranate layered over chalky freshness. The finish is clean, tense, and elegant, with enough structure to suggest good short- to medium-term aging, though it is equally appealing for its youthful vibrancy.

Production
Made in Piedmont from Nebbiolo grown in the Nebbiolo d'Alba area, this wine benefits from the region’s cool nights, sun-exposed slopes, and limestone- and clay-influenced soils that help preserve freshness and aromatic precision. The grapes are harvested carefully to retain acidity and delicacy, then vinified using the Metodo Classico, with a second fermentation in bottle to create its fine mousse and layered complexity.

This sparkling rosé pairs beautifully with seafood, sushi, cured salmon, oysters, light pasta dishes, and antipasti featuring fresh vegetables or mild cheeses. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open gently and enjoy its finesse and lively mousse.
