Production
The vines for this Grand Cru are planted in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin, an area known for producing some of Burgundy’s most powerful and complex Pinot Noir. Albert Bichot works with a terroir-driven philosophy, aiming to let the character of the vineyard speak clearly in the finished wine. After careful vinification, the wine is moved by gravity to the cellar, where it matures for 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels, with the oak selection and toast level chosen to add subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine’s natural expression.

Food & Serving
This is a Grand Cru Pinot Noir that pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as duck breast, roasted game bird, beef fillet, venison, or mushroom-based dishes with earthy depth. Serve at around 16–18°C and consider decanting for about 30 to 60 minutes if opening young, to help the wine reveal its full aromatic range.
