Antonio Caggiano Devon Greco di Tufo 2025 is a bright, characterful white from one of Campania’s most respected producers. Made in the historic Greco di Tufo appellation, it highlights the mineral-driven style and elegant freshness that have made this area a benchmark for southern Italian whites.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with youthful green reflections, it opens with delicate citrus, white peach, pear, and subtle floral notes, followed by a distinctly stony, saline edge. On the palate it is crisp and focused, with clean orchard fruit, lively acidity, and a savory mineral finish that gives the wine poise and length. While already very approachable, it should also gain a little more texture and complexity over the next few years.

Production
Produced in Campania’s Greco di Tufo zone, where volcanic and mineral-rich soils help shape the wine’s distinctive tension and depth. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified with care to preserve freshness, aromatics, and the grape’s naturally firm structure.

Food & Serving
A versatile food wine, it pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled white fish, risotto with herbs, and lighter dishes such as vegetable antipasti or fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary.
