Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a very pale pink hue with delicate salmon reflections, offering immediate visual appeal. The nose is bright and lifted, with notes of fresh red berries, citrus, white peach and subtle floral hints. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity, a clean mineral edge and a dry, polished finish that makes it easy to enjoy on its own or with food. Production
Produced in Provence, this rosé benefits from the region’s warm, dry Mediterranean climate, moderated by coastal influences that help preserve freshness in the grapes. The vines are grown on terroirs well suited to aromatic, balanced rosé production, where careful harvesting and gentle handling are key to maintaining purity of fruit and a pale colour. Vinification is typically focused on cool fermentation and minimal skin contact to protect the wine’s finesse, freshness and signature lightness.

Food & Serving
AIX Rosé is a versatile aperitif and an excellent match for Mediterranean dishes, salads, grilled seafood, sushi, goat cheese and lightly seasoned poultry. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and there is usually no need to decant—just open and enjoy while the wine is at its freshest.
