Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a bright, luminous sheen. The nose is refined and layered, opening with citrus blossom, ripe stone fruit, and white peach, then evolving into notes of Mediterranean herbs, minerality, and a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, it is fresh, textured, and beautifully composed, combining vibrant acidity with a creamy mid-palate and a long, saline finish. The 2023 vintage is expected to offer excellent early appeal while retaining the structure and balance to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
Sourced from the coastal terroir of Bolgheri in Tuscany, where maritime influence and well-drained soils help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with a focus on precision, gentle extraction, and careful temperature control to retain purity and tension in the finished wine.

Food & Serving
Ideal with grilled fish, shellfish, sushi, risotto, and dishes featuring white meats or summer vegetables. Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass can help the aromatics open beautifully.
