Raen’s Lady Marjorie Cuvée comes from Sonoma Coast vineyards shaped by a cool, maritime terroir with fog influence, coastal winds, and well-drained soils that naturally encourage freshness and finesse. The fruit is typically harvested by hand to preserve aromatic purity and acidity, then vinified with a restrained, minimal-intervention philosophy that emphasizes terroir expression. Gentle fermentation and carefully managed élevage help build texture without overwhelming the wine’s natural precision.

Food & Serving
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with roast chicken, lobster, seared scallops, butter-poached fish, and creamy pasta dishes, as well as simply prepared vegetables and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short time in the glass can help it open up fully.
