Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright ruby core with a polished, transparent edge. The nose is layered and expressive, with red cherry, wild strawberry, plum, and subtle floral tones, supported by spice, savory herbs, and earthy mineral nuance. On the palate, the wine is finely textured and precise, balancing ripe red and dark berry fruit with freshness, fine tannins, and a long, graceful finish. It has the structure to develop beautifully over time, and while already highly appealing, it should gain further complexity with several years of cellaring.
