Production
Pingus comes from old-vine parcels in Castilla y León, with a strong focus on low yields and meticulous vineyard work to preserve purity and concentration. The result is a wine of exceptional intensity and clarity.

This is a wine best paired with rich, flavorful dishes such as grilled lamb, beef tenderloin, roast game, or slow-cooked Iberian pork. Serve at around 16-18°C, and decant for 1-2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to open fully and show its aromatic complexity.
