Production
The Oberer Hubacker vineyard in Dalsheim is one of Rheinhessen’s great limestone sites, with deep limestone marl and chalk soils that lend the wine its signature tension and mineral backbone. The exposed parcels allow for slow, even ripening, helping preserve aromatic clarity and natural acidity in the grapes. The fruit was selectively hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation took place with native yeasts, and the wine was aged primarily in large wooden casks, followed by several months on fine lees to build texture, structure, and complexity.

Food & Serving
This Riesling is an excellent match for turbot, shellfish, veal with a light sauce, or refined Asian dishes with a gentle touch of spice. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses. Serve chilled at 9–11 °C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short aeration can help reveal its layered aromatics if enjoyed young.
