Harvesting is typically carried out with careful parcel selection to preserve freshness and ripeness, followed by traditional Bordeaux vinification and ageing in oak to build texture and complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom dishes and mature hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for about 30–60 minutes if drinking young to allow the aromas to खुलle and the tannins to soften.
