Production
Chestnut Hill comes from a west-facing amphitheater vineyard in Los Gatos, around 396 meters above sea level and roughly 10 km from Monterey Bay. The sandy clay soils over weathered sandstone and shale contribute to the wine’s clarity, freshness, and mineral edge. The grapes were selectively hand-harvested and vinified with a restrained, terroir-focused approach designed to preserve natural structure, texture, and vineyard expression.

This Chardonnay is a natural match for seafood, grilled fish, poultry, and refined vegetable dishes. It also works well with mild aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary.
