Sourced from selected parcels across Burgundy, it offers impressive finesse, mineral precision, and a clear sense of terroir.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, pale-golden hue that hints at freshness and elegance. The nose opens with citrus, white peach, and crisp apple, lifted by subtle floral tones and a distinct chalky-mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is precise and vibrant, with a clean line of acidity balanced by a gentle, creamy texture from its lees ageing. The finish is long, saline, and harmonious, making this a Bourgogne Blanc that feels both classic and polished. It should drink very well now and can gain added complexity over the next 2 to 4 years.

Production
The wine comes from selected Burgundian parcels with limestone and clay soils that lend tension, minerality, and fine structure. The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously, then aged in large oak casks with a partial élevage in barrique, alongside extended lees contact to build depth while preserving freshness and balance.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile food wine, excellent with fish, shellfish, poultry, and elegant starters. It also works beautifully with creamy dishes, particularly those with a delicate sauce. Serve chilled at around 10-12°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you want to open up the wine a little more quickly in its youth.
